IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO RESIDENTS:
Castleberry Farm Homeowners Association currently has no resident volunteers to establish a funds drive or leadership for this or the coming years.  Furthermore, there is no one presently available to respond to neighborhood issues or requests for information.

• Entrance cleanup & mulching for the Spring of 2007 was graciously paid for by 5 caring & considerate residents of Castleberry Farm & organized by 1 individual. 
• Because all formerly collected funds have been exhausted, there are no maintenance funds available for the long-term care of the neighborhood entrances.
• The corporate filing with the state has expired and no incorporation currently exists.
• The insurance policy insuring the entrances was cancelled early in 2006.
• Dying and/or dead shrubs at the entrances will not be replaced.
• No checking account or post office box currently exist.

However, the Covenants and Restrictions written by the developers are enforceable, yet everyone is on their own to take legal action to enforce them.
